One of the things that is very empowering is creating a wellness regime that works best for you! It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their wellness and goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your wellness goals. I have studied all the major wellness theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. My motto is, "Cook Healthy, Eat Well, Feel Great"!
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
No one wellness regime works for everyone. I will guide you to find the recipes and lifestyle choices that best support you to THRIVE. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
It is more than just taking vitamins, supplements or the latest superfruit juice. It is supporting you through 5 points of nourishment that may help to support your body: Food, Career, Exercise, Relationships and Spiritual.
Finding out about being infertile and/or childless changes your plans and dreams for your life. It can be complicated, difficult, lonely and a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Along with emotional issues, you already experienced the cost of fertility treatment, the stress of the medical procedures, work and martial issues or making that decision to be childless. Remember that you are not alone in this journey and I can assist you to work through those issues. I believe by incorporating a balanced healthy diet, exercise and a healthy attitude, these are essential for overall general wellness.
